DAY 1 - 28 November

🕒 🚌 Departure at 06:00 from Bucharest, from the car park in Piața Victoriei 🚗 (📍 Piața Victoriei Car Park on Google Maps), where you will be greeted with the guide's smile and the coach of Joy. 🏛️ Sibiu Renowned for its well-preserved historic centre, with narrow streets, colourful houses and medieval squares. A former European Capital of Culture, the city is full of cultural life, hosting events, museums and art galleries. Landmarks such as Piața Mare (the Large Square), Piața Mică (the Small Square), the Council Tower, Piața Huet, the Bridge of Lies and the Gothic churches offer an insight into the city's rich history. 🎶 At the guesthouse we are awaited with a hearty dinner, made only from traditional dishes. 🛏️ Accommodation at Pensiunea Alexolar/similar

DAY 2 - 29 November

🍽️ Breakfast 🐖 Pig slaughter - We take part in an authentic pig feast with pork scratchings and flatbreads on the stone slab. 🍽️ Swedish buffet dinner 🔥 In the evening, we enjoy a campfire that warms our hearts and gives us unforgettable memories.

DAY 3 - 30 November

🍽️ Breakfast 🕒 🚌 Trip to Scărișoara Ice Cave with local minibuses - optional excursion at extra cost, approximately 50-60 lei/person. 🍽️ Festive dinner with live music, cake and champagne! 🎶

DAY 4 - 1 December

🏰 Alba Iulia Alba Carolina Citadel in Alba Iulia is one of the most impressive fortifications in Romania and a symbolic place for national history. Built in a star shape in the 18th century, under the rule of the Habsburg Empire, the citadel was designed by the Italian architect Giovanni Morando Visconti. The citadel is known for its important role in Romania's history, especially because the 📜Great Union of 1 December 1918 took place here, when Transylvania united with Romania. The fortified complex houses several historic churches, museums and monuments, including the impressive Third Gate, decorated with bas-reliefs that tell crucial moments in the history of the citadel and the region. On 1 December, Alba Iulia Citadel becomes the centre of the national celebrations of Romania's National Day, with thousands of visitors expected for military parades, concerts and other festive events. This offers a vibrant and patriotic atmosphere, ideal for experiencing and celebrating the spirit of national unity. 🟦🟨🟥 🚌 We return to Bucharest, where we will arrive in the course of the evening.

📋 Useful details about this trip

🚌 Boarding

1.Coach seats are allocated starting from the 4th row, in the order the deposit is paid. For rows 1-3 an extra fee may be paid (specific to each trip).

🚍 Coach rules

🚭 No smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS) — not even with the window open
🍷 No alcohol for the whole duration of the journey
🍪 No food on the coach (seeds, crisps, etc.) — only drinks in containers with a lid are allowed
🎧 Audio only with headphones (no phone speakers)
💺 Seat belt mandatory for the whole journey

📍 During the trip

2.The order of the visits may be changed by the guide without affecting the structure of the programme. Sights may be replaced with similar ones for objective reasons (roads, weather, etc).
3.Entrance fees for tourist sights and optional excursions are paid in local currency to the guide and may vary by season.
4.Guiding services in museums or cities may only be provided by local guides, paid on the spot.
5.For lost/stolen luggage, documents or personal belongings, the agency is not liable. Complaints are filed personally with the competent authorities.

6.The single supplement is paid at least 7 days before departure if the agency cannot find a room partner.
7.Children get a discount only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
8.For tourist packages and holidays in Romania we accept payment with Romanian holiday vouchers: Pluxee, Edenred and Up Romania.
