DAY 1

🛞 Mecleș's Mill The oldest working water mill in the Iza Valley is located in Săcel. Danila Mecleș's mill was built in 1850, by Jews. A number of 16 Jews held it in ownership until Danila's grandfather, their servant at the time, bought it. There were many interested buyers, but the Jews sold it only to him because they were satisfied with the work performed and the honesty of their servant. 🛏️ Accommodation and dinner at Pensiunea Alexa/Bocrita

DAY 2

🍽️ Breakfast 🚂 Ride on the Mocănița One of the most important cultural and technical assets of the country, the Mocănița at Vișeu de Sus is the last steam-powered forestry railway in the world. Built as a favourable technical solution for the transport of timber, the forestry railway still operates today, both for its initial role and for the transport of tourists. !! Fare for the Mocănița ride during the holiday period: Adult - 165 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry product) Pensioner / Student - 156 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry product) Child 3 - 18 years - 119 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry product) https://online.mocanita-maramures.com:8870/ 🌊 Horses' Waterfall The waterfall is located at an altitude of 1300 m and is formed from water that gathers from the Horses' Mountain in a circular glacial depression, due to the melting of snow and frequent rains that slide down the steep slope of the Piatra Rea Reserve, spilling over the Horses' Bridge from a height of approximately 90 metres in several steps with successive falls. ATTENTION!!! This objective will be carried out between April and October. In the cold season, only if weather conditions permit. If it cannot be reached, it will be replaced with another objective. 🛏️ Accommodation and dinner at Pensiunea Alexa/Bocrita

DAY 3

🍽️ Breakfast We all gather in the guesthouse courtyard to experience an authentic Romanian tradition, in a warm atmosphere full of good cheer for the preparation of the pig with traditional platters. After the pig is prepared, we enjoy together the delicious pork feast 🐖, whilst warming ourselves with boiled țuică and mulled wine, flavoured with cinnamon and cloves 🍵. Against the backdrop of the cheerful sounds of traditional Maramureș music, we join in circle dances and dances that warm the soul and bring joy. 🎶 We invite you to an authentic party 🎉 with 🎻, dancing 💃 and good cheer 😄! Get ready to enjoy music 🎶, dancing 🕺 and many other surprises 🎁! 🍴 Festive dinner 🛏️ Accommodation at Pensiunea Alexa / Bocrita

DAY 4

🍽️ Breakfast 🏙️ We head home, with a short stop for a meal in Sighișoara. 🚌 Arrival in Bucharest in the course of the evening, depending on traffic conditions.

📋 Useful details about this trip

🚌 Boarding

1.Coach seats are allocated starting from the 4th row, in the order the deposit is paid. For rows 1-3 an extra fee may be paid (specific to each trip).

🚍 Coach rules

🚭 No smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS) — not even with the window open
🍷 No alcohol for the whole duration of the journey
🍪 No food on the coach (seeds, crisps, etc.) — only drinks in containers with a lid are allowed
🎧 Audio only with headphones (no phone speakers)
💺 Seat belt mandatory for the whole journey

📍 During the trip

2.The order of the visits may be changed by the guide without affecting the structure of the programme. Sights may be replaced with similar ones for objective reasons (roads, weather, etc).
3.Entrance fees for tourist sights and optional excursions are paid in local currency to the guide and may vary by season.
4.Guiding services in museums or cities may only be provided by local guides, paid on the spot.
5.For lost/stolen luggage, documents or personal belongings, the agency is not liable. Complaints are filed personally with the competent authorities.

💰 Price details

6.The single supplement is paid at least 7 days before departure if the agency cannot find a room partner.
7.Children get a discount only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
8.For tourist packages and holidays in Romania we accept payment with Romanian holiday vouchers: Pluxee, Edenred and Up Romania.
