Sell Luxuria holidays, with commission

Your agency sells our tours, hotels, bus tickets and Bulgarian seaside packages in its own name, at the website price. The commission is deducted directly on the invoice.

Commission

8% commission

On the website price, for every product in the program (excluding supplements and services not included).

10% for groups

Instead of 8%, for groups of 20 or more people in the same booking, on tours organised by Luxuria only.

Day trips are not part of the program.

How it works

1. Sign up
Company details, tourism licence (uploaded as a file) and bank accounts in RON and EUR.
2. Sign the contract online
The agency contract, filled in automatically with your company details, is signed electronically and emailed to you.
3. We check and approve
We check the licence, the tax ID and the accounts, then activate the account and let you know by email.
4. Sell
Sign in with the agency account: hover over any price in the program to see your earnings.

Money and documents

The agency collects payment from the traveller. We invoice the agency the website price minus the commission.
Travel documents and vouchers are issued after the invoice is paid in full.
Cancellation terms are the same as for our own customers; for hotels and tickets, the supplier terms shown at booking apply.
For now, bookings are sent by email to rezervari@luxuriatravel.ro (contract, art. 2.1).
