DAY 1

🛞 Mecleș's Mill The oldest working water mill on the Iza Valley is located in Săcel. The mill of Danila Mecleș was built in 1850, by Jews. A number of 16 Jews owned it until Danila's grandfather, their servant at the time, bought it. There were many interested parties, but the Jews only sold it to him because they were pleased with the work performed and the integrity of their servant. 🛏️Accommodation and dinner at Pensiunea Alexa / Bocrita

🍽️ Breakfast 🚂 Ride on the Mocănița One of the most important cultural and technical treasures of the country, the Mocănița at Viseu de Sus is the last steam forestry railway in the world. Built as a favourable technical solution for transporting timber, the forestry railway still operates today, both for its original purpose and for transporting tourists. !! Fare for the Mocănița ride during the holiday period: Adult - 165 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry) Pensioner / Student - 156 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry) Child 3 - 18 years - 119 lei (includes the ride on the Mocănița, a hot drink and a pastry) https://online.mocanita-maramures.com:8870/ 🌊 Cascada Cailor (Horses' Waterfall) The waterfall is located at an altitude of 1300 m and is formed from water that collects from Muntele Cailor (Horses' Mountain) in a circular glacial depression, due to the melting of snow and frequent rains that slide down the steep slope of the Piatra Rea Reserve, spilling over Podul Cailor (Horses' Bridge) from a height of approximately 90 metres in several stages with successive drops. ATTENTION!!! This attraction will be visited between April and October. In the cold season, only if weather conditions permit. If it cannot be reached, it will be replaced with another attraction. 🛏️ Accommodation and dinner at Pensiunea Alexa / Bocrita

DAY 3

🍽️ Breakfast 🐴 Horse-drawn cart ride through Ieud A traditional experience through the village of Ieud, in which we will discover the beauty of the Maramureș landscapes and the charm of traditional homesteads. The cart ride through Ieud will take us along the village lanes, among traditional homesteads, wooden houses and picturesque landscapes, giving us the opportunity to become more closely acquainted with the authentic atmosphere of a Maramureș village. The route will include stops at representative places, where we will discover the story, traditions and local culture. 🪵 Master Toderău's Museum The first stop takes us into the world of traditional Maramureș crafts, where we will discover objects crafted with care and techniques preserved and passed down through generations. The museum offers an insight into the talent and skill of local craftsmen and into traditional life in a Maramureș village. 🏡 Ieud Village Museum The second stop will be at the Ieud Village Museum, where we will discover the atmosphere of a Maramureș village of old. The traditional houses, homesteads and objects preserved here will help us better understand the way of life, customs and occupations of the people in this area. ⛪ Biserica din Deal (Church on the Hill) Biserica din Deal, with the dedication "Nativity of the Mother of God", is one of the representative places for the traditional heritage of the village of Ieud. The wooden church, set in a picturesque setting, preserves elements of old Maramureș architecture and offers a beautiful view over the village and surroundings. 🙏 Ieud Monastery The last stop will be at Ieud Monastery, also known as "Biserica din Ses" or "Biserica din Vale" (the Church in the Lower Village), a special place through its peace and beauty, where we will discover Maramureș traditions and spirituality. 🍴 Festive dinner for the Assumption of Mary 🛏️ Accommodation and dinner at Pensiunea Alexa / Bocrita

DAY 4

🍽️ Breakfast 🏙️ We head home, with a short stop for a meal in Sighișoara. 🚌 Arrival in Bucharest during the evening, depending on traffic conditions.

🚌 Boarding

1.Coach seats are allocated starting from the 4th row, in the order the deposit is paid. For rows 1-3 an extra fee may be paid (specific to each trip).

🚍 Coach rules

🚭 No smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS) — not even with the window open
🍷 No alcohol for the whole duration of the journey
🍪 No food on the coach (seeds, crisps, etc.) — only drinks in containers with a lid are allowed
🎧 Audio only with headphones (no phone speakers)
💺 Seat belt mandatory for the whole journey

📍 During the trip

2.The order of the visits may be changed by the guide without affecting the structure of the programme. Sights may be replaced with similar ones for objective reasons (roads, weather, etc).
3.Entrance fees for tourist sights and optional excursions are paid in local currency to the guide and may vary by season.
4.Guiding services in museums or cities may only be provided by local guides, paid on the spot.
5.For lost/stolen luggage, documents or personal belongings, the agency is not liable. Complaints are filed personally with the competent authorities.

💰 Price details

6.The single supplement is paid at least 7 days before departure if the agency cannot find a room partner.
7.Children get a discount only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
8.For tourist packages and holidays in Romania we accept payment with Romanian holiday vouchers: Pluxee, Edenred and Up Romania.
