Thassos Island Holiday - 7 Days

Itinerary

Day 1

Departure from Bucharest to Thassos, Greece The adventure starts in Bucharest, we depart in the evening from Piața Victoriei travelling to Thassos.

Day 2

We arrive at Keramoti Ferry Boat, where we board to start our adventure in Greece. We depart by ferry to Thassos Island. After disembarking on the island, we have a Greek breakfast in the port. We head to the hotel where we leave our luggage and go to the beach. Accommodation at Hotel Metsikas Residence 3*/similar in Thassos.

Day 3

After breakfast, we will have a tour of Thassos Island. The first stop is at Magnifique View Stop. We continue with a visit to Archangel Monastery, where part of the nail with which Jesus was crucified is kept. The next stop is at Aliky beach. The beach is renowned for its turquoise water, fine sand and spectacular scenery. We continue the journey to Panaghia village, where we visit Love Square and explore the village. We make a short stop at a traditional products shop for tastings of local delicacies, then end the day with a walk through Thassos Port. Day 4

After breakfast, we depart for Porto Vathy Marble Beach. The beach is renowned for its shining white marble and spectacular contrast with the blue of the water. We spend the day at the beach, exploring and photographing this unique landscape. Towards evening, we return to the port for free time, then return to the hotel for socialising and relaxation. Day 5

Breakfast. Free time for the beach and relaxation and towards the end of the day we prepare for the Greek Evening. An unforgettable festive dinner with a superb show with music and dancers! Optional: 45 Eur/Pers (Includes transport; dinner - salads, appetisers, main course, dessert, local wine, music and dancers; lasts 4 hours) Accommodation at Hotel Metsikas Residence 3*/similar in Thassos.

DAY 6

After breakfast we prepare for a beautiful cruise in which we tour the island! Don't forget your swimsuit because this cruise makes stops for the beach and swimming. After capturing the beautiful scenery we also prepare for a Barbecue-style lunch with local wine and continue until afternoon with music, party and relaxation. Optional: 45 Eur/Pers (Includes 7-hour cruise trip and BBQ-style lunch with local wine) Accommodation at Hotel Metsikas Residence 3*/similar in Thassos.

DAY 7

After breakfast, we depart for Bucharest. Arrival in Bucharest in the evening, depending on customs formalities, thus ending the journey.

🚌 Boarding

1.Coach seats are allocated starting from the 4th row, in the order the deposit is paid. For rows 1-3 an extra fee may be paid (specific to each trip).

🚍 Coach rules

🚭 No smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS) — not even with the window open
🍷 No alcohol for the whole duration of the journey
🍪 No food on the coach (seeds, crisps, etc.) — only drinks in containers with a lid are allowed
🎧 Audio only with headphones (no phone speakers)
💺 Seat belt mandatory for the whole journey

📍 During the trip

2.The order of the visits may be changed by the guide without affecting the structure of the programme. Sights may be replaced with similar ones for objective reasons (roads, weather, etc).
3.Entrance fees for tourist sights and optional excursions are paid in local currency to the guide and may vary by season.
4.Guiding services in museums or cities may only be provided by local guides, paid on the spot.
5.For lost/stolen luggage, documents or personal belongings, the agency is not liable. Complaints are filed personally with the competent authorities.

💰 Price details

6.The single supplement is paid at least 7 days before departure if the agency cannot find a room partner.
7.Children get a discount only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
8.For tourist packages and holidays in Romania we accept payment with Romanian holiday vouchers: Pluxee, Edenred and Up Romania.
